The course equips student with the essential knowledge and skills of food and beverage services in order to work in an elegant restaurant and provide the customers with the services meeting the standards of hospitality. In addition, learning the service skills in the lab helps the learner approach the practical restaurant provided with sufficient facilities and equipment and act as a true staff. Besides, the student is learning the behavior and attitude of studying seriously as well as working effectively in an international environment.
