This course provides the knowledge and skills for international business managers so that they can capture characteristics and changes in the global business environment. The class focuses on analyzing business strategies of multinational enterprises such as international expansion strategies, foreign market entry strategies, building and consolidating subsidiaries and affiliates worldwide. In addition, the international business operations are also investigated concerning production, exporting, outsourcing, logistics, marketing and human resource management. Therefore, this course can help students visualize the planning process for business expansion of a multinational enterprise/corporation.
