Classroom Research

Research the main problems your students have with listening and develop an action plan to solve them. Write up your findings in a brief report.

•    Develop a hypothesis about the most frequent problems your students have with listening.
•    Video tape your class or observe your students during a listening lesson in order to determine the difficulties they had during the lesson.
•    Analyze these problems in relation to your hypothesis based on the information in the lesson.
•    Develop an action plan to address these problems in future listening lessons.
•    Write a brief report of your findings.
