Course Description
The course is designed to equip students with the basic concepts of corporate finance. Learning experience includes: introduction to finance; investment making decisions; pricing of financial instruments such as bonds and stocks; the relationship between risk and return; cost of capital; and introduction to portfolio theory and Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM).
