Along with the development process of any organization, change and change management can be seen as inevitable practices that organization have to deal with in its business transformation.  This course provides student with the theory for change in organizations. With a focus on the change process rather than change results, this course will help students get a balanced view of organizational change including the context of change program, issues on necessity for change, benefits of change for organizations, the impact of change on individuals and individual and cultural change.
